Pursuant to due tali and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
21st day of September 1981 . The following members were
present: r Nei e!rs Hoyt. Schneider and Threinen
The following -members were absent: Mavnr Davenport
Coupcilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #E81-650
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VANTAGE COMPANY FOR
PLYMOUTH SERVICE CENTER (A-781)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Vantage Company for the Plymouth Service
Center located south of Watertower Circle between Annapolis and Xeniun Lanes
was approved under City Council resolution #78-65; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $44,100; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution #F81 -93A reduced the site performance
guarantee from $44.100 to $10,000 to reflect the completed work; and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release or
reduction of the financial guarantee, City staff has inspected said site and
does recommend release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the site per-
formance guarantee, bond #F546569 in the amount of $44,100 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements installed by Vantage Company at the Plymouth
Service Center located south of Watertower Circle between Annapolis and Xenium
Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
