Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Me— 21st day of

CRuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-648
ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
PROJECT 013
FABER PLACE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has
met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the
following improvement:
1. 29th Avenue from Medicine Lake Drive West, east to its terminus
2. 29th Avenue from Medicine Lake Drive West to Oakview Lane
3. Norwood Lane from 29th Avenue, south to its terminus
4. Oakview Lane from 30th Avenue, north to its terminus
5. 30th Avenue from Oakview Lane to Medicine Lake Drive West
6. Norwood Lane from 30th Avenue, south to its terminus
7. Medicine Lake Drive West from 30th Avenue to 28th Avenue
8. 30th Avenue from Medicine Lake Drive West to Larch Lane
9. Larch Lane from 30th Avenue, north and south
by the installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, bike path,
turn lane, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against
the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby
found to be benefited by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess-
ment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over
a period of 5 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before
the first Monday in January, 1982, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8.38%
per or -num from the date of the adoption of this Assessment Resolution. To the
first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the
date of this Resolution until December 31, 1982. To each subsequent installment
when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.

3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification
of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assess-
ment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City
Finance Director, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assess-
ment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this Resolution; and he may at
any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director the entire amount of the
assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the year
in which such payment is made.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to
the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County
and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as
other municipal taxes.
5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this Resolution is:
Street, Curb and Gutter, Bike Path, Turn Lane $ 58,916.04
Sanitary Sewer 21,074.76
Watermain 15,844.20
Storm Sewer 32,820.63
Total $128,655.63
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmembgr Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
