Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was —held Ton
21st day of September , 19 81. The following members were
present: Acting N4yor Neils. Councilmamher t. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 644
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 007
WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be assessed,
at the residential rate for street, curb and gutter with the remaining commercial
amount deferred;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following parcel shall be deferred for that portion of the
assessment over the residential rate in the manner as stated above for a period
not to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold,
not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five
year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_founcilmember Threinen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n avorereor: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained:- none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed -and adopted.
