CouQcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 627
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Kevin Carroll Eddowes, 2748 Lamphere Drive, New
Hope, MN, for the solicitation of studio portrait business by door-to-door
special offers, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Kevin Carroll Eddowes for
Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a
period expiring December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
