Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September , 19jj. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 626
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES
SECOND HEAPING
WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the City Council on September 14, 1981, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the destruction
and eradication of noxious weeds on certain lands within the City as provided
by law; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 5th day of October, 1981, in the Council
Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assesment and at such
time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement
will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon with reference to such
assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the
total cos;: of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncilmemNgjls , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor thereof: Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Hoyt Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
