Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-624
HIGHWAY 55 AND CO. RD. 15
FOR LAYOUT APPROVAL
PROJECT NO. 024
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 188
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 55 within the corporate limits of the City of
Plymouth at C.S.A.H. 15; and seeks the approval thereof, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department
of Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified
as Layout No. 2A S.P. 2723-65 (55=188) at C.S.A.H. 15;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway
with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
iCouncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo a in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
