NeilsSchneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none w,r,t tt+r •,r,r Copqcilmeipber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-623 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE WALKWAY EASEMENT IN CRITERION M.P.U.D. WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Trammell Crow Company has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following walkway easement: The Westerly 25 feet of the 100 foot easement for walkway purposes across the Easterly 100 feet of Outlot G, Criterion M.P.U.D., Plymouth; as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the Easterly line of said Outlot G. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 5, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Counci member Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor eery: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen TW following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
