Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinc, of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hthe
14th day of September , 19BI_. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-622
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
PUBLIC WORKS SITE LANDSCAPING
WHEREAS, the adopted 1981 Budget does not include adequate funds to provide for
landscaping at the Public Works Garage; and
WHEREAS, because of development in the area the landscaping is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that up to $15,000 is allocated from the Utility Trunk Fund (Account
811-811) to perform the necessary grading and landscaping work at the Public Works
site.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember H24 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favorthereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
