the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Cogn�ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-621
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE D3
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Add parking lot lighting contacter.
AND WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 3 for Project 017 Electrical Contract D3 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for Project 017, Electrical Contract D3, by
adding $231.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $298,980.00
is revised to $299,211.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
