Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e don the
. 14th day of September , 19 8a. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Co ncilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
-CoWqcilmeWber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 620
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE "D1"
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Add parking lot lighting contacter;
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Electrical Contract, D1,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 017, Electrical Contract D1, by
adding $310.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $225,000.00 is
revised to $225,310.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
