Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-619
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
1981 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
August 1, 1981 September 15, 1981
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for 1981 Street Improvement Project is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 4 for 1981 Street Improvement Project is approved
by extending the completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain
the same.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Cowci_lmembers Hoyt. Neils.
