Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Counci?members Hovt Neils Schneid r and Thr inen

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-618
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - CRITERION M.P.U.D. (39 RESIDENTIAL LOTS) ADDITION
:•WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 8, 1981, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Criterion M.P.U.D. (39 residential lots) Addition by the installation of
ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council
on September 14, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the
location of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted September 8, 1981. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte .
