Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heldon the
14th day of _ September , 19 81. The following members were
present :4gyor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-617
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 002
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated September 2, 1981, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $68,179.02 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 002.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
