CITY OF'PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinn_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September , 19 81. The following members were
present: Myon DaXeneor�Counccii.1memb,� er Hoyt. Neils Schneider and Thr ipg.
The following members were bsent: none
CoWQcilmeMberNeils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-616
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS, PH.II, SCHEDULE B
PROJECT NO. 017
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Hardrives, Inc. as contractor have
entered into an agreement for the Community Playfield Improvements, Phase II,
Schedule B, said agreement being dated December 23, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $17,085.75, one change order in the
amount of $2,908.25 (deduct) was approved, and the value of the work to
date is $17,221.95.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 017, Phase II,
Schedule B and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be
and the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the con-
ditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner,
required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of $2,366.85 to
Hardrives, Inc. for Project 017, Phase II, Schedule B is hereby approved
and the city finance director is hereby authorized and directed to pay
the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
