Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinn of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
14th day of September , 19 81. The following members were
preser .' : Mayor DaXenport. Coupcilmembers Hoyt- Neils- Schneider and Threinpn
The following members were absent: none
-Copncilmejober Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-616
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1982 - 1986
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1982 through 1986; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on August 17, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Capital Improvements Program for the years 1982 through 1986
is hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of
Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Nevi s and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Schneid p.p.
