WUncilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-607
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR TEMROC METALS, INC.
(A-212)
WHEREAS, Temroc Metals, Inc., has requested consolidation of platted Lots
number 8 and 9. Block 1, Industrial Park 494 into one lot for purposes of
connecting two separate buildings; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation,
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County:
Lot 8, Block 1 INDUSTRIAL PARK 494 (PIN 22-118-22-33-0008)
Lot 9, Block 1 INDUSTRIAL PARK 494 (PIN 22-118-22-33-0009)
To be consolidated into a single new parcel.
