Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 14th day of
September , 19_1L. The following members were present -Mayor Davenport,
Coun ilmembers HoNeils Schneider and Threinen

RESOLUTION NO. 81-606
APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE PLAN AND VARIANCES FOR TEMROC METALS, INC. LOCATED
AT 2735 CHESHIRE LANE (A-212)
WHEREAS, Temroc Metals, Inc. has requested approval of an amended site plan
and variances for the expansion of the existing Temroc Metals manufacturing
facility and connection of the existing two buildings located at 2735 Cheshire
Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and has determined
that the proposed site plan amendment and variances are consistent with the
Ordinance variance request standards and therefore recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Temroc Metals, Inc.
for a site plan amendment and variances for the Temroc Metals manufacturing
facility located at 2735 Cheshire Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No outside storage shall be permitted.
3. Location of all fire hydrants and fire lanes per City Code.
The Fire Protection Plan shall be approved by the City Fire
Marshal and Building Official prior to issuance of a building
permit.
4. Compliance with the Ordinance provisions regarding curbing and
drainage requirements for the site.
5. Submission of required financial guarantees for completion of
the site improvements termed for 24 -months.
6. Permission from Northern States Power to construct within the
transmission line easements shall be granted prior to issuance
of a building permit

7. Lot Consolidation to be filed with Hennepin County prior
to issuance of permits.
8. Appropriate legal documents be approved by the City Attorney
and filed on this land indicating a variance from the City's
parking requirements was approved for this specific use based
on the approved plans.
9. Approved variances include lot coverage, building setbacks,
parking to building setbacks, and proof -of -parking deficiency
as represented on approved plans and Exhibit Number A-212 (1981).
10. Concret parking delineators be installed in parking areas to
identify parking rows and the approved parking stalls be stripped.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
byu�ncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following n�-g voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils_ Schneider and Threinen ,
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passeg and adopted.
