Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eTaon the
14th day of September . 19 81 . The following memhers.were
present mem ers Hoyt Neils, Schneider and Threinen•

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-603
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR PAN -0 -GOLD BAKING COMPANY FOR
A RETAIL BAKERY THRIFT STORE (79076)
WHEREAS, the Pan -O -Gold Baking Company has requested renewal of a conditional
use permit to allow a retail bakery thrift store located at the southeast
corner of Ranchview Lane and State Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Pan -O -Gold Baking Company for renewal of a conditional use permit to allow
a retail bakery thrift store located at the southeast corner of Ranchview
Lane and State Highway 55 subject to the following conditions:
1. The hours of operation shall be 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday, and 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on
Saturdays.
2. No signs relative to the conditional use permit shall be
permitted.
3. No banners or advertising shall be displayed on the premises
that would be visible from outside the building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
uncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
