Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hela on the
8th day of September 19JIL. The following members were
present:Ma or Davenport, Counrilmembers H t Neils. Schneider -and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-602
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 103
RIDGEMOUNT AVENUE WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, a portion of the following described parcel is being used as a community
playfield by the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has entered into an agreement with the Wayzata School
District No. 284 for the lease of this playfield; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has installed a watermain along Ridgemount Avenue
which provides service to this property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following assessments shall be deferred for that portion of the
property being used as the Ridgemount Community Playfield until such time as the
property is no longer leased by the city as a playfield:
P.I.N. 35-118-22-34-0001
Water Area Assessment - 18 acres x $1425.00/acre = $25,650.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Gn1jqri I Pr Out and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following v0 in -favor re0 : MaXor Davenport. Councilmembers Hny ils
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
