Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-598
APPROVING RENEWAL OF ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR
LICENSE FOR 1981-82
WHEREAS, application for renewal of On -Sale Non -intoxicating Malt
Liquor License has been received for consideration and approval by
the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that renewal of On -sale Non -intoxicating Malt
Liquor License be approved for a period from September 9, 1981
through June 30, 1982 for G. Willy's Pizzeria, 3431 County Road 18,
Plymouth, MN 55441.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
