Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was he d on the
8th day of September 19_g,L_. The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt Neils Schneider Threinen

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-597
APPROVING BINGO PERMIT
TO ST. MARY OF THE LAKE
WHEREAS, an application for a bingo permit has been received from
Dave Antaneau on behalf of St. Mary of the Lake Parish, 105 Forestview
Lane, pursuant to Chapter XI, Section 1105.29, Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, said permit is to be used in conjunction with the Country
Fair on October 24 and 25, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that a Bingo Permit is hereby approved for St. Mary of the
Lake Parish, 105 Forestview Lane, for October 24 and 25, 1981 in con-
junction with the Country Fair.
FURTHER, that the fee be waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted In favor thereofT Mayor Davenport_ rnunri'lmomharc Knot,
Neils,_ Schneider, Threinen.
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
