Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
8th day of September 19 81 . The following members
were present:
-Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent. none
— Cminrilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-596
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 106 & 108
NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following
changes to the neighborhood park improvements,
1. Extend concrete slabs for park shelters
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 106 and 108 Shelters, is
recommended for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 for Project 106 and 108
Shelters, adding $420 is approved and the previous contract price of
$223,792.41 is revised to $224,212.41.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
