The following members were present:Mayor DaygnR2rt, CouocilMgmbers The following members were absent: none �opncillpembgr Neils introduced the follcwing Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-594 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF 24TH AVENUE IN REARRANGEMENT IN MEDICINE LAKE PARK THIRD DIVISION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, James A. Baker, George Lau, Larry Peterson and Shuang C. Wu have petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following street: All that part of 24th Avenue adjacent to Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block 11, rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 5, 1981 at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition a.d directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo n ravor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, me m iowing votea against or 4Dsta1ned: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Passed and adopted.
