Schneider and Threinen The following IN ** rs we en : _ none CouncilMeMber Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and Move s Adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81- 591 REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL CITY CENTER EXPANSION SPACE REMODELING PROJECT NO. 026 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Knutson Construction Company as contractor have entered into an agreement for the City Center Expansion Space Remodeling, agreement being dated November 24, 1980; and WHEREAS, the architect has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the final request for payment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. That the original contract amount was $45,969.00, no change orders 11 were approved, and the value of the work to date is $45,969.00. 2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 026, City Center Expansion Space Remodeling, and certified to the Council by the architect as acceptable be and the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after final payment. 3. Request for Payment No. 3 and Final in the amount of $2,725.95 to Knutson Construction Company for Project No. 026, City Center Expansion Space Remodeling, is hereby apNroved and the city finance director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith. The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereoF. Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen Ing fo»owIng voted against or abstained: none IMiereupon the Nesolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
