Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s e 1 meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helT on the
8th day of September , 19._U. The following members were
present: Mlyor Davenport. Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen .

Councilmember Neils _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION MO. 81-587
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
BURL OAKS ADDITION (A-792)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated May 15, 1978, Lundgren
Bros. Construction, Inc., Developer of Burl Oaks Addition (A-792), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $23,650 be further reduced
to $13,200 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction and concrete curb and gutter is
accepted as of September 8, 1981, for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the Developer. The Developer has agreed to leave $10,000 on deposit for
the one year period in lieu of providing a maintenance bond.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
