Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
8th day of September , 19 til. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, ounce members Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were a sent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 586
DESIGNATING TRACT C, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1540
TO BE STREET RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, Tract C, RLS No. 1540, was deeded to the City as a condition of a lot
division; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County does not permit street right of way to be dedicated on a
Registered Lot Survey; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of Tract C is for additional right of way for Harbor Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 1540, be designated as public
street right of way for Harbor Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted--
