_ Cunrilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 582
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
PROPOSED ROCKFORD SQUARE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the owner of the proposed Rockford Square Addition has petitioned the
City to construct the public improvements on 45th Avenue west of Nathan Lane
and the necessary storm sewer ponding and drainage improvements in and
adjacent to the proposed Rockford Square Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of the proposed
Rockford Square Addition for the street, sanitary sewer, watermain,
ponding, and storm sewer improvements as outlined in the petition.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby directed to
prepare a study and that they are instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and the estimated
cost of the improvement.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, _
Neils, Schneider and Threirien
