Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the
8th day of _ September , 19 81 . The following members

ilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 574
DECLARING COSTS TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE DEMOLITION OF HAZARDOUS STRUCTURES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 463.21,
a determination has been made that certain charges for the razing and
demolition of hazardous structures within the community have not been paid
as provided for by law, and the total amount of such delinquent charges,
including incidental expenses incurred, is in the amount of $6,930:00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. The costs of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
required to be $6,930.00.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land affected without regard to the cash valuation
as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the Clerk's office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,
notify the Council thereof.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly—passed and adopted.
