Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, (Minnesota, was rield on ta 8th day of

DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT F9R STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the operation and maintenance of street
lighting in the following areas:

1 and the contract price for such improvement is $89,524.03 and the expenscs
incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to Q4,734.00,
so that the total cost of the improvement will be $94,258.03, and of 6his cost
the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $94,258.03.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk
shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk
for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmemhher. Nnvt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembprc Hnyt. _
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
