CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was FM on the 8th day of September , 19 81 , The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers How, Neils, Schneider, Threinen The follow ng members were absent: one i me ber Neils introduced the following Resolution and Moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-568 ESTABLISHING POLICY AND CRITERIA FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF OUTSIDE ACCESSORY FUEL STORAGE FACILITIES IN THE NON-RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS. WHEREAS, the City Zoning Ordinance provides for accessory uses in the non- residential zoning districts, including uses customarily incident to the permitted or conditional uses allowed in those districts; and, WHEREAS, such uses include outside and above ground fuel storage facilities; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the increasing number of requests for such facilities in the non-residential zoning districts warrant the establish- ment of uniform criteria for the review, evaluation, and approval of such proposed facilities by the administrative staff; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of a City Policy establishing such criteria; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Policy and Criteria for the Administrative review and approval of outside accessory fuel storage facilities in the non-residential zoning districts as set forth in the August 21, 1981 Staff Memorandum. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoy , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider, and_Threinen _ • The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an a op e *rtw #rr ter
