Schneider and Threinen _ ng memers were sent: none a*� •*t Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 81-564 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR ROBERT McAULIFFE (81051) WHEREAS, Robert McAuliffe of 1806 East Medicine Lake Boulevard has requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Lot 4, Block 1, Inglebrae (PIN 25-118-22-41-0004) The west one foot of Lot 3, Block 1, Inglebrae (PIN 25-118-22-41-0002) PARCEL"A" That part of Lot 3, Block 1, Inglebrae, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 2Township 118, Range 22; thence on an assumed bearing of South 1 13' 35" East along the East line of said Section 25 a distance of 561.42 feet; thence South 88° 46' 25" West a distance of 177.70 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence North 1° 14' 56" West a distance of 182.65 feet; thence Northerly 186.55 feet along a tangential curve to the left having a radius of 2186.70 feet and a central angle of 4° 53' 17"; thence North 6 08' 13" West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 85.46 feet; thence Northerly along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 2257.35 feet, a distance of 79.74 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 3 and there terminating. Together with that part of the South half of vacated 19th Avenue North accrued thereto. (PIN 25-118-22-41-0028) To be consolidated into a single new parcel Resolution No. 81-564 Page 2 Lot 11, Block 1, Inglebrae (PIN 25-118-22-41-0012) The west one foot of Lot 12, Block 1, Inglebrae (PIN 25-118-22-41-0013) PARCEL "B" That part of Lot 12, Block 1, Inglebrae, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 29, Township 118, Range 22; thence on an assumed bearing of South 1 13' 35" East along the East line of said Section 25 a distance of 561.42 feet; thence South 880 46' 25" West a distance of 177.78 feet to the beginning of the line to be described; thence North 1 14' 56" West a distance of 182.65 feet; thence Northerly 186.55 feet along a tangential curve t8 the left having a radiug of 2186.70 feet and a central angle of 4 53' 17"; thence North 6 08' 13" West, tangent to said curve, a distance of 85.46 feet; thence Northerly along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 2257.35 feet, a distance of 79.74 feet to the northerlv line of Lot 3 and there terminating. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport.
