Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on We 8th day of
September 19 81. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Counci members Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 562
APPROVING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE GUIDING FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST FOR PROPERTY
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF ZACHARY LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 FROM PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC
AND LA -1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO LA -2 (LOW MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT (81041)
WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of reclassification of land
use guiding for approximately 10.7 acres of land in the northeast corner of
Zachary Lane and County Road 9, from Public/Semi-Public and LA -1 to LA -2; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled Public Hearing and has recommended approval on the finding that the
proposed reclassification is consistent with the City's Land Use Guide Plan
criteria;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the reclassification
of Land Use Guiding for Robert Middlemist for approximately 10.7 acres of land
in the northeast corner of Zachary Lane and County Road 9 from Public/Semi-Public
and LA -1 to LA -2, specifically for that land area shown on Exhibit 81041.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
CoWncilmembNeils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly patsed and adopted.
