Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was he d on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-559
RESOLUTION CONTINUING PLYMOUTH'S PARTICIPATION IN AND SUPPORT
FOR THE WEST HENNEPIN HUMAN SERVICES PLANNING BOARD
WHEREAS, the West Hennepin Human Services Planning Board is responsible for
insuring that needed human services are available to residents of communities
the Board serves; and
WHEREAS, residents of the City of Plymouth receive services as a result of
the Board's activities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue participation in this program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the expenditure
of $1,201.00 as the City's 1982 contribution to support the West Hennepin
Human Services Planning Board, and
FURTHER, that the City Council does endorse the West Hennepin Human Services
Planning Board's "Recommended 1982 County Priorities for the West Hennepin
Area" and
FURTHER, that the City Council supports the efforts of the West Hennepin Human
Services Planning Board to bring these recommendations to the attention of
the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
-following vote n favor thereof- Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils S hneider and Threinen
