Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ar regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heT�on the

Coun�ilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-558
ESTABLISHING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reporte6 to the City Council with regard to the
status of the completion of the required improvements contained within the develop-
ment contract between the city and the developer for final plats approved by the
City Council; and
WHEREAS, all of the improvements have not been completed for several of the
developments; and
WHEREAS, the time established in the development contract for the completion of
the improvements is past;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer be directed to begin an enforcement program on all
subdivision improvements required by the development contract which are beyond the
specified completion date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that priorities be set beginning with the oldest development
contracts.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
