Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of Auctust19 8 . The following members

The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption-,
RESOLUTION NO. 81-557
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICEN,E
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Stephen M. Grande, 3633 Flag Ave. N., New Hope, MN,
for the sale of encyclopedias according to leads, in accordance with Chapter
III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Stephen M. Grande for Peddlers,
Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
