Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24t da* of _ Au ust , 19 81 . The following members were

RESOLUTION NO. 81-556
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE IMPROVEMENT LETTER OF CREDIT NO. 216 FOR
WAYZATA EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH (A-555)
WHEREAS, the site plan and conditional use permit for the Wayzata Evangelical
Free Church was approved under Resolution No. 78-268; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required performance guarantee in the
form of a Letter of Credit in the amount of $6,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements
have been accomplished, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release
of the Letter of Credit No. 216.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
Letter of Credit No. 216 in the amount of six thousand ($6,000.00) dollars
which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Wayzata Evangelical
Free Church located at 705 Highway 101.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�qunGilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followlng voted in favor thereof: Ffayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider and Th ei en
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
