Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he on the
24th day of August , 1981 The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce members Hoyt= Neils, Schneider and Threinen
the following members were absent: none
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 140. 81-555
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CLARK MAGNUS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
FOR A TERM EXPIRING JANUARY 31, 1984
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the resignation of Lawrence Larson
from the Planning Commission serving as a member at large;
WHEREAS, the City Council has interviewed individuals interested in serving
on the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that Clark Magnus be
appointed to the Planning Commission for a term expiring January 31, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt -ed.
