The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils S hnpider and Thrainpn - The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-554 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 904 49TH AVENUE 4HEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 24, 1981, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: 1. 51st Avenue from County Road 18 to 880 feet west of Nathan Lane 2. 49th Avenue from County Road 18 to 1310 feet west of Nathan Lane 3. 48th Avenue from Nathan Lane west to its terminus 4. Pilgrim Lane, north of 48th Avenue 5. Orleans Lane from 48th, north to its terminus 6. Nathan Lane from the Soo Line Railroad to a point 860 feet north of 45th Avenue by the installation of watermain laterals, sanitary sewer lateral, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 21st day of September, 1981, in the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The mction for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by �qunilmem4er Nei15 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport Co ncilmembers H Xt.
