Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on tne
24th day of August , 19 81. The following me^:bers were
present: Ma or Davenport Councilmemb r Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 545
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 916
SHEDD BROWN/HONEYWELL, INC.
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 24, 1981, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
1. Forestview Lane from T.h 55 to 9th Ave.
2. Watermain from Forestview Lane to County Road 15
by the installation of watermain laterals, bituminous street with concrete curb and
gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 21st day of September, 1981, in the
City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed
assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected
by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with refer-
ence to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment
roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_ Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foljowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport_ Coun-ilm mbprs Hoyt- NailF,
Schneider and Threinep

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
