Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetina. of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was-eTFon 'the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move a its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 538
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 925-001
BLOCKS 1, 2 b 3, CRITERION M.P.U.D. (FOX GLEN II)
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. Dallas Lane from Fernbrook Lane to 37th Place
2. 37th Place east of Dallas Lane
3. 37th Avenue east of Dallas Lane
by the installation of watermain laterals, storm sewer, bituminous street with
concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price
for such improvements is $167,209.75, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred
in the making of said improvement amount to $30,716.03, so the total cost of the
improvement will be $197,925.78, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its
share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $197,925.78.
e The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for
public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CounctlMgSSE Neild and upon vote being taken thereon, the
