Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
movtd its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 534
LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $31,7009383
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period
commencing January 1, 1982 and certain monies to finance said budgets are
required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following sums of money be raised by taxes on taxable
property in the City of Plymouth for the year 1982 as set out in the adopted
1982 City budgets;
General Fund . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $3,554,474
Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy . . . . 17,011
Special Levy:
Shade Tree Disease Control . . . . . . . . 128,898
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said tax levies be certified to the County Finance
Director of Hennepin County on or before October 10, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
