PLYMOUTH �
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held—F the
24th day of August 19 81 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyi. Neils, einen
the following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-532
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE PLYMOUTH HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR THE
LEASE OF THE VILLAGE HALL BUILDING LOCATED AT 3605 FERNBROOK LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is the owner of record for the village hall building
located at 3605 Fernbrook Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society has been engaged in a project to restore
this historic structure; and
WHEREAS, the village hall building is currently excess to the city's building
space needs; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society has indicated an interest in leasing
this facility for the conduct of official historical society activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does:
1. Approve the site plan dated August 21, 1981.
2. Approve the lease agreement between the City and Plymouth
Historical Society dated August 21, 1981.
3. Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to enter into said
lease.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
