Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held the
17th day of August , 19 81. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilm

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 520
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS, PH. I, SCHEDULE D-2
PROJECT NO. 017
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Gopher Electric Contracting as con-
tractor have entered into an agreement for the Community Playfield Improvements,
Phase I, Schedule D-2, said agreement being dated June 16, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $20,105.10, three change orders
in the amount of $10,007.00 were approved, and the value of the work
to date is $30,112.10.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 017, Ph. I,
Schedule D-2 and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable
be and the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $3,011.21 to
Gopher Electric Contracting for Project No. 017, Ph. I, Schedule D-2
is hereby approved and the the city finance director is hereby authorized
and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
