Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was�ieTU —on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-518
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE G
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated August 3, 1981, for Perkins Landscape
Contractors, has been prepared by Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 7 in the amount of $9,592.40 to Perkins Landscape Contractors for
seeding and sodding at the Community Playfields, Project 017.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
T0–owing voted n avor reo : Mayor Davenport, CouncilmembersHoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
