Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of August , 19.jil. The following members were
presentllalor Davenport, Councilmembers_Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a ootion:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-517
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
SCHEDULE B, PHASE II
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated July 15, 1981, for Hardrives, Inc.,
has been prepared by :rather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 1 in the amount of $14,855.10 to Hardrives, Inc. for utilities at the
Community Playfields, Project 017, Ph. II.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor there -o : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. "Neils.
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
