Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was he on the
17th day of August , 19 81. The following members were
present: MAXor Qavnport.o n i linem. brs Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:

APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 012
PUMPHOUSE NO. 6
WHEPEAS, Change Oroar No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Pumphouse No. 6 Improvement:
1. Furnish and install 20 feet of additional 12" column pipe
and submersible cable.
WHEREAS. Change Order No. 2 for Project 012 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 012 adding $1,944.08 is approved
and the existing contract price of $163,692.93 is revised to $165,637.01.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo Magor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
