The following members were present:MaYor_Davenport, CouncilmembersHoyt, Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none �oVncilpembQr Schneider intrcduced the following Resolution anc moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-514 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - FABER PLACE ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 3, 1981; a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Faber Place Addition by the installation of ornamental residen- tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on August 17, 1981; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted August 3, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinenand upon vote being taken thereon, the Tol lowing voted in favor ereo : _Mayor Davenport.
