Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of August , 19_&L. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 513
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - HARRISON HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 20, 1981,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Harrison Hills Addition by the installation of ornamental residen-
tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on August 17, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted July 20, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt_
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: CouncilmeWbeg Neils
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
