HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-512CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the lith day of August , 1981 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen. The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-512 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 20, 1981 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 3rd Addn. by the installation of ornamental residen- tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNEsnTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted July 20, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright Hennepin Electric Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor ergo r1ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Neils Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
