Pursuant to due call and notice the-eof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
17th day of August 1981 . The following members were
present: your Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Schneider and Thrpinpn .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 511
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - BURL OAKS 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted July 20, 1981,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Burl Oaks 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residen-
tial street lights and these reports were received by the Council on August 17, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petitions were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted July 20, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public
hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rsaolu+ion was duly seconded by
CouncilmembeE Threi,neo and upon vote being taken thereon, the
